REFUNDS
You may cancel an order for membership within 7 days after receiving written confirmation from us of your application and will receive a 100% refund. Refunds for event bookings are subject to our cancellation policy as follows:
- Cancellation within 22 days of an event - 100% refund
- Cancellation between 14 and 21 days of an event - 50%
- Cancellation within 14 days of an event - no refund.
DATA PROTECTION
In order to provide you with the best merchandise we can, we collect certain personal information about you. When you purchase merchandise via the site, we need to collect information about you to process the transaction and fulfil your order. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, email address
and phone number.
We may also use the information to process any transactions you undertake with us and for internal administration and analysis. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
The CTBF adheres to the principles of the Data Protection Act and any personal data collected will be subject to the appropriate legal safeguards as specified in the Data Protection Act 1998
